The main and guest bathrooms are equipped with soaking tubs, jetted tubs, rain-showers, and custom cabinetry, while the primary bathroom features a spa steam sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. This home as access to a keyed elevator, video intercom system, and private entry to the unit in the secured building corridor. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, this duplex is a short distance from the hub of the Broadway Theater District, with a variety of dining and transportation nearby. The block is lined with townhomes, trees and cultural icons, including the Actor's Studio. Getting Around: Public street parking is available on a first come basis. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Security Deposit Policy: - Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold - Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold - Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
